Parking permits
A virtual parking permit means there's no permit to display on your dashboard. Once you have applied and paid for your permit online, your permit will be active immediately. With a resident parking permit account, you can apply for and manage resident parking permits, season tickets and visitor parking.
Council Services account
View and keep track of reports and requests you’ve made for a range of Council services, including:
- Environment services (for example littering, fly-tipping, overflowing bins, graffiti, fishing permit, grass maintenance, anti-social behaviour and a range of nuisance reporting options).
- Highways (for example pot holes, road signs, abandoned vehicles, street and traffic light problems and other road and pavement problems).
- Houses of multiple occupation (for landlords)

View planning documents such as applications, appeals and enforcement cases, and comment on planning applications.
Libraries
Join Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire libraries. We will give you your Library Card Number and PIN straight away so that you can use our online services immediately.

Business Rates
View your account information, check your balance, payments and bills, switch to paperless billing, update your contact details.
Landlord portal
See a breakdown of the payments received for each of your tenants, download your schedules as a spreadsheet to help you allocate payments and review individual cases. You can also report a change in tenancy.
