Norse Road Cemetery has only been in operation for approx 20 years so after the 75 years is up, it is likely that the mausoleum blocks will need to be repaired/rebuilt because of the building structure and its likely that we would have installed smaller niches to take the deceaseds remains from the mausoleums and re-inter them into these niches. Granite cover ONLY. Important Information:- Side-Loading mausoleums do not have shelves or side fillets. All ornaments must be fitted directly to the plaque. If families purchase bottom side-charging mausoleums, granite cladding can be placed onto the concrete foundation at an extra charge and extra ornaments can be fitted to the cladding. The extra costs for the Side-Charging Mausoleums are:- Inscription Ornaments i.e. Photo frame, vase, lamp etc. Transportation Costs Fitting of the ornaments, cover, shelf and side fillets to the mausoleum. Please note the cover has to be transported directly from Carlisle, understandably, this is a very long journey. The covers have to be protected and packed and transported in such a way to ensure there is no damage caused to any of the ornaments or cover. Please note that the overall fitting and transportation cost can vary from 150 to 450.00 for each cover.
