The Jobs Hub delivers the new UK Government-funded supported employment programme called Connect to Work. This new programme is designed to help people who face barriers to employment - such as health conditions, disabilities, or specific disadvantages - find and stay in meaningful work.

– On behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council and Bedford Borough Council, BESA works with training providers, stakeholders and employers to enable residents of both local authorities to access education and training to build skills that will improve employability, support career opportunities, enhance wellbeing, benefit communities and support the local economy.
